    Yes they are all new parts. I made sure it fit perfectly in the socket with arrows matching. And i applied enough thermal paste.

    My PC is unable to post, all the fans (including GPU fan) and RGB are working. I tested each RAM and still didn't post. When i plug in my mouse to USB on the NZXT case AND the motherboard USB it turns the mouse RGB lights on and then completely off. When i plug in my keyboard it doesnt turn on...
