    Solved? Perhaps it would be better to leave it open for awhile in the event that others, with a similar Hangouts Dialer "Unexpected account registration error", would want to address their issues and resolution attempts.

    Solved Hangouts Dailer - Unexpected account registration error

    Android 4.4 I was getting the "Unexpected account registration error". This morning I uninstalled the Hangouts Dialer, then uninstalled Hangouts. I then downloaded each of them from the Play Store and my Dailer is now working properly.
