    I have Norton Anti Virus installed. I turned off the Norton firewall. It seemed to work at first but when I logged on second time I again got the 'Unable to connect to network' message.

    I am using a desktop that is directly connected to the DSL line. I have wireless router so we can use our tablets and phones. I will try disabling your Firewall later today when I get home from work and let you know if that helps.

    Recently when I turn on my desktop it will not connect to the internet and gives me the 'Unable to connect to network' message. However if I restart the machine it connects straight away and works great. I do not have these issues when using my Android phone or my Acer tablet. I am not very tech...
