It was stable but it did still automatically install the AMD chipset drivers. A little bit after clean install, I got a pop up "Your hardware has changed, please restart your computer" and then all 3 of my screens would work suddenly. So it was only a matter of time before the blue screens...- gandalfthestray

Thank you for this reply. I performed the reinstall I mentioned in my last reply but used a windows .iso image from 2019 instead of the latest. Unfortunately I forgot to take out the Graphics Card. However, the system seems to be stable after the windows updates. sfc /scannow found no errors...- gandalfthestray
