    "How old is the rig?" I literally put all my parts in this year. No I don't have a PS/2 Keyboard nor mouse. And the case I have doesn't have a CD tray.

    I tried that already, when it's done installing and tells me to make a user name and password the keyboard and mouse just turnoff. I just want to know what I should do to fix it, I dislike Windows 8 and 10 a lot. I don't know if I should just try to get whole new computer or maybe a new Hard...
