    I'm unable to access windows at all to download things the pc does not boot up windows but keeps on looping.

    I searched up factory reset in the taskbar went to settings and chose local network to proceed with the reset, I am unable to enter safe mode and is able to boot however keeps on looping before going to a black screen and attempting to loop again.

    No everything I had was old documents from school and a few pictures.

    My pc was very slow recently and a lot of memory was being taken up by a lot of third party apps.

    I recently decided to factory reset my pc and after it finished I got put into the booting up screen however, whenever its almost done booting up it resets and has to start all over again and I can't seem to access anything on my computer at all.
