    Okay, ill do a fresh install as you have explained above. I will also purchase one of the PSU's you have mentioned thank you very much @phillpower2 for your help. I'll keep you updated whether the fresh install helps and when the PSU is delieveried

    I have found its a gamemax psu but i dont know how to check the wattage, i have seen your other posts and will upgrade the psu as i have searched up and seen it is a bad psu

    I'm currently out at the moment, once I get home I can post the PSU brand and number. This PC was a gift for my birthday so I'm not sure regarding the windows install. Would you recommend me to do a fresh install on windows?

    I have updated my drivers, reinstalled DirectX even tried the Xbox accessories app as I was suggested to do so from a friend and nothing has solved this issue I've also uninstalled and reinstalled fifa 23 aswell
