    Also, I'm not sure if this is normal, but looking at HWMonitor, I noticed if I do any action, my GPU usage spikes up to about 20%-50% and I mean literally anything, if I minimize Chrome or switch tabs, it'll spike, this doesn't seem normal to me, I'm not sure.

    These are the new temperatures as I underclock my GPU a bit. I really hope it's not a failing GPU and rather it's the PSU. If the case is that the 12 volt side to the GPU is failing, can I just get a new 12V connector and plug it into a different 12V of the PSU? I'm not sure if there's more than...
