    what's your suggestion on this then? Should I setup a wired network or change some configuration? By the way I never touched this work group setting from the first time I installed windows.

    Update : The issue does not happen100% of the time, but it happens frequently which is more confusing. Earlier today it doesn't lag at start, but just now I started my PC and it loads slowly again.

    Here is the speccy result Speccy The PSU that I currently use is Deepcool DN500 with 500W and Standard 80+ rating. Other than the issue i mentioned in the post, my pc never ran into any problem.
