    "ExcludefromCPL" Changed value to "0" So if I did this Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\AppEvents\EventLabels\WindowsStartup would that do it?

    Already changed the registry to enable the start up to appear in the list to be selected but that didn't work. But that was log on not start up! Are they the same? Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\AppEvents\EventLabels\WindowsLogon

    It plays the wave file selected when Play to "preview" and I save all the changes restarted etc.... Tried changing reg but that doesn't work. I can only turn the windows jingle on or off and the Start Up option doesn't show just windows log on!
