    After I rebooted again, the keyboard started working. I am using it now. Not sure which step helped, but thanks.

    Thanks. I ran the online test. It highlights the keys that work. Issue still occurs in safe mode and clean boot. During the online test hitting any of the white keys turned airplane mode on and off

    Not sure what I need to try. I am currently using a USB keyboard, and it works fine. Issue only happens on integrated keyboard.
