    lost all keyboard and mouse

    ok , its a Asus pc standard size desk tower running windows 10 , AMD processer, im completely ignorant in computer , i would replace it in a heart beat but i have thousands of pictures i cant loose , it start but i cant type the PIN, mouse doesnt work either ... event a usb tracking pad...

    i install an optional update for my ball mouse and everything stop working... tried all kinds of mouse and keyboard possible , can even get in bios or safe mode.... :cry:
