Closed/Inactive Windows Firewall problems

Closed/Inactive Windows Firewall problems
Hey guys my laptop is always blocking features of Google Chrome on startup and it's getting really annoying. Every time I open up chrome the box shows up which says "Windows Firewall has blocked some features of this app" and I have to Allow Access every time. I have tried everything within my...- Dan
