    Tv Buffering when PC on

    Why does my computer stop internet through the house. I get roughly 70mb internet. My tv's connected directly through ethernet cable 3 ft from the router. I'm nowhere near a fridge or microwave so why when the PC is on does the TV buffer? Any advice that will help with this is greatly appreciated.
