    twitch and youtube have the same issue. the bitrate or whatever you call it goes insanely blocky/ pixelated in fast-moving parts.

    Hello Bruce. As of recently, I am reaching 350-360 down and 22 up. Absolutely zero issues with my recent pc that I had for over a year. (with the same internet package deal) I connect via ethernet cord directly to the Xfinity modem.
