    Hello Bruce Many thanks for your reply, Iv'e done as youv'e said and I can see the sound bar on "Test your microphone" fluctuate as I make sounds. Do I need to do anything with the "Master volume" which is set at 45 at the moment or can I just leave it as it is?

    Hi All Can someone out there put me straight about VPN's, when they refer to unblocking sites such as Netflix, does that mean you can simply access Netflix anywhere in the world but you still need a Netflix account to be able to watch movies? Thanks to anyone who can help
