Solved I have no idea what my issue is, but my PC restarts itself, and now Benchmark has my performance dropping a lot.

My pc hasn't restarted since monday, so right now I am waiting to see if it happens again. This is probably the longest it's gone without restarting in quite a while, but I feel like as soon as I post this comment, that it will restart itself. So it's been good for a few days, no issues, even...

Okay, I waited and it still restarted. how do you recommend I proceed? I'm not really sure the best way to clean reinstall windows 10 or the Dell Drivers.

Okay, I made a system restore point, and updated from the link. Windows Update no longer has that notice about the May 2020 update. I will attempt to uninstall, and then reinstall the drivers in the correct order

Windows Update says that "The Windows 10 May 2020 Update is on its way. We’re offering this update to compatible devices, but your device isn’t quite ready for it. Once your device is ready, you’ll see the update available on this page. There’s nothing you need to do at this time"

My PC just froze. The screen was frozen, I could see the RGB lights on my GPU, but I couldn't do anything with the mouse or keyboard. I had to manually shut down my PC and start it back up again. Also I don't really know how to update my Dell Drivers, "Dell SupportAssist" doesnt seem to work...

Yes, sorry. I created a restore point, removed malwarebytes, then created a second restore point, and did the DDU thing.

Okay, do you think I should uninstall Malwarebytes and the ATI drivers? How exactly would I uninstall the drivers, I don't have the option to Uninstall "AMD Catalyst Install Manager" which I think is the source of the ATI drivers (I think, I don't really know) Also, my PC is still...

I deleted the entry and restarted. It hasn't restarted itself yet over the past 2 days, but I haven't used it as much those past 2 days, Malwarebytes was an antivirus that I used a few years ago, and the ATI drivers are probably from one of the stock parts as this was a pre-built PC originally.

that would have been an update and not a clean install of windows. I thought I uninstalled McAfee, but you say it's still installed? Should I rerun the McAfee removal tool?

I disconnected and reconnected all my PSU cables, they seemed to be okay, but I made sure this time, they're all fully engaged and none are loose.
