    You are correct. the Native resolution is 3840x2160. The TV is a TCL 55S546.

    Update: You can close this thread. I sent the drive in for RMA. What a joke having to send in an RMA replacement FOR RMA. Hopefully WD actually sends me a new drive instead of a "recertified" drive or hopefully they atleast test the drive before they send it to me to make sure it actually works.

    Okay did as suggested but still got the I/O error, here's a screenshot of the disks smart info from speccy. That Total erase count has me confused.

Also I should mention that although Crystal Disk Info doesn't show the disk I did run Speccy and it shows the disks SMART info and everything is listed as "Good" There is a weird catagory though, I think it was erasure cycles which shows something along the lines...

    Update: I looked at some other threads on here having to do with bluetooth. Some suggested turning off the PC and unplugging it then plugging it back in and powering on, and that worked, lol. Bluetooth is now showing for me and working.

    how do I uninstall the existing driver? In device manager the Bluetooth adaptor doesn't show since I uninstalled it last night so there's nowhere in device manager to right click and uninstall.
