    Huh interesting, okay that's great info, I'll uninstall driver booster. Is there any way to reset drivers or to look for ones which might be relevant to voltage (to update manually?) Also, if it is my PSU, do you guys know what I'm best off doing next... I'd rather not just buy a new one...

    So yeah, turns out this issue isn't fixed... Since removing the undervolt it's a lot better than before but I'm still seeing temperature dips. I downloaded a voltage monitor and my vCORE fluctuates from around 1.3V to 0.8V during lag spikes, so it's definitely related to voltage... Could it be...

    Ok so it turns out that about a year ago I undervolted my CPU to deal with overheating (since then i have bought new fans and figured out how to dust my pc lmao so not an issue anymore) and totally forgot about it! Your suggestion that it might be due to PSU led me to go into the BIOS and reset...

    For the past few weeks, I have had weird lag spikes that coincide with CPU temperature drops, from around 65 to 48, when running anything vaguely intensive (e.g. games - ones that I used to be able to run fine). Tbh I'm totally lost as to why these drops are occurring, especially considering...
