    So I fixed a 0xc000000e blue screen error and when I boot up windows into the desktop I get a flickering flashing screen with no icons or anything

    I don’t know how I did it but my desktop is fixed but the thing is that the windows start menu ,internet icon audio icon I can’t click on plus that fact that when I start up the pc and boot into the desktop I do still see that green flashing background but if I wait my desktop comes back so...
