    I removed the os from my old ssd. I don't think there was anything major. When the pc starts it shows 2 ssds on the motherboard screen, could it be trying to boot my old ssd?

    I have turned off Fast startup, the problem is still occurring.

    So I recently installed a m.2 SSD. I removed the OS of my old ssd and installed a clean new os on my new m.2 ssd. Everything was working fine, but now when I first turn the pc on, I get the "your pc/device needs to be repaired. Once I do a " hard reset? (Where I let the pc power for 2-3 seconds...
