    Thank you very much, Bruce. The PC is used, not new. So, when I connect in the USB, it is not recognized by the System. It states that there is a restriction imposed by your organization's policy.

    I have just created a file and named it. The nagging New Folder pops up on the desktop. Then, I've created a local account and named it. The New Folder--the bone of problem, disappeared?

    Yes, I did your post No. 14 and the messages appears saying: " The installation of this product has been corrupted.Run preparation from a CD or DVD or any source to install another original one"
