    I've got "Shutdown", "Restart" and Troubleshooting. Then under Troubleshooting I've got "Computer Restore", which doesn't work and Advanced Options. Under Advanced Options I've got: -Fix while booting up (doesn't work) -System Restore (doesn't work) -Booting up Settings (doesn't work)...

    No I can't, I'm stuck at the "Automatic Repair" screen. The only things I can click are the Restart and Advanced Options buttons, none of which do anything.

    I'm on Windows 10 Yes, I've tried safe mode with no success Yes I've tried a system restore, again, with no success What do you mean by "accessing the system" exactly? I haven't tried a factory reset yet but that's because I can't find a way to do it haha
